Safia

I saw the book with title From My
Sisters's Lips on the book shelf at Safia's house. A friend of my daughter who invited us for brunch at her home when I was in London, September to October 2021.

I wanted to have this book but still had no opportunity to buy it. Safia is only 3 years older than my daughter. She was married to Abdul Kadeer when they were at 21 years old. Safia studied English literature at Greenwich University and Abdul Kadeer was a student at Computer science. Both of them are British citizens but Somalian ancestors. Safia and Abdul Kadeer were the savior for my daughter when she was homeless. She had already leaved her previous flat share but the new one was not ready yet to be occupied. Then my daughter texted on the Islamic society group that she looked for a room for temporary stay. Safia who she knew her when attending a Bazar event organized by Somalian community, she offered her to stay free of charge at their flat. They said that they had 1 extra room there.

What a generous young woman! Also her husband. I checked on their book shelf, there were some Islamic books such as hadith book. MashaaAllah they both are religious. I'm so proud of them mashaaAllah. It's blessing surrounded by people like them. My daughter felt the same as I did. Then she served some delicious Arabian cuisine on the dinning table. She called her husband who was working from home that day to have breakfast together with us. It was a blessing gathering, having conversation with a young lovely couple about many subjects. I was impressed seeing their relationship. May Allah bless their life forever and bless them with a blessed baby ameen. Safia was expecting her first baby. Her due inshaaAllah in November 2021. InshaaAllah
